Is the same inline 6cyl. motor thats in the 128 the same as the inline six from the m3? If so, why is it said that the 128 cant get much faster than its stock condition? Just a though. :rolleyes:

Whoever made that statement is incorrecto. Even if it were the same block it isn't the same because the E46 is a 3.2L. And I am sure there are numerous other differences.

They are however coming out with the M1 now so I hear. That will be a MONSTER!
